 Jean-Michel was born and raised in the small community of Saint-Quentin, NB. Moncton quickly became his forever home after moving here 15 years ago. While his passion for renovations and small construction projects ignited at a young age, Jean-Michel embarked on a career in the finance industry, excelling as a financial advisor and finance manager in car dealerships over the past 8 years. His roles have allowed him to establish a vast network of connections in the area.
Fascinated by the real estate market since his arrival in Moncton, Jean-Michel has embarked on a journey of acquiring and flipping multi-unit apartment buildings, consistently expanding his portfolio. With his wealth of experience and a vast network, he is equipped to assist others in making wise and meaningful real estate investments. Obtaining his license was a natural progression for him, driven by his passion for real estate and his desire to help others succeed.
Beyond his real estate endeavours, Jean-Michel leads an active lifestyle, constantly striving for personal growth and self-improvement. Currently, he is working alongside his father on a shared dream project- a 1968 Classic Car. Jean-Michel est natif du petit village de Saint-Quentin au Nouveau-Brunswick. Moncton est vite devenue sa ville de choix après y avoir déménagé 15 ans passés. Depuis un jeune âge, il a toujours eu une passion pour les rénovations et les petits projets de construction mais a décidé de travailler dans l'industrie des finances en tant que conseiller financier et depuis le dernier 8 ans, en tant que gérant des finances dans l'industrie de l'automobile. Ce domaine lui a permis de développer une multitude de connexions dans la région.
Depuis qu'il a déménagé à Moncton, Jean-Michel a toujours été intéressé par le marché immobilier et a fait l'achat et rénovation de quelques blocs appartements et est toujours aux aguets afin d'agrandir son portefeuille. Avec son grand cercle de connexions, sa passion pour le marché immobilier ainsi que d'aider les gens à faire des choix intelligents et significatifs, obtenir sa licence était un pas vers la bonne direction pour lui.
Autre que le marché immobilier, Jean-Michel mène une vie active, s'efforçant constamment de se développer personnellement et de s'améliorer. Actuellement, il travaille aux côtés de son père sur un projet commun de rêve : une voiture classique de 1968. De plus, il attend avec impatience l'arrivée de son premier enfant, marquant ainsi le début d'un nouveau chapitre passionnant de sa vie
