As buyers from out of province there were extra obstacles for us in purchasing a Moncton home. We initially chose Marlene because she was one of the few agents among the many we tried to contact who replied to our emails and addressed our questions ( kind of a low bar!). We were really glad to have her services throughout the purchase process. She was always professional, very knowledgeable and extremely patient. On our buying trip, she showed us 23 houses in three days (!) and remained upbeat and positive. She also took the time to introduce us to local places of interest, which we really appreciated. Marlene did a great job for us. We love our house here in Moncton and will definitely be calling her in the future for any real estate needs.
