Having over 20 years of experience as a Real Estate investor and property manager, Ricky has seen all angles of real estate. He has bought, held, renovated, sold, flipped, rented and built different types of properties over the years. From single family homes to large multi-unit portfolios, Ricky knows his numbers and can help you in achieving your real estate goals. Ricky is an undergraduate at the University of Moncton and, has obtained a Master’s degree at the University of Ottawa. Having been a school teacher for many years, he’s been called “The patient agent” and is known to be very funny with people but very serious about business.
Ricky is also a well-known martial artist with over 30 years of experience, therefore, discipline and hard work is normal for him.  Ricky is also a top producing Realtor at Exit Realty in Moncton having recently attained the diamond and gold production levels.    Ricky has listed and sold a wide range of properties, from a camp to a castle (Moncton Castle Manor).  When Ricky does something, it’s all or nothing, no rocks are left unturned.  He will find the property that will suit your needs.
